Used Cooking Oil Collection Driver

EM Oils is a Leicester-based family business collecting used cooking oil from restaurants, takeaways and pubs across the Midlands. The oil we collect is recycled into renewable fuel. We're a small team and we've been doing this since 2015.

We're looking for a reliable driver to run a daily collection round from our Wigston depot.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne van on a planned daily route

• Collecting used cooking oil from customer sites, typically 15 to 25 stops a day

• Handling and lifting 60 litre barrels

• Recording collections accurately on a handheld device

• Keeping your van clean and reporting any defects

• Building good relationships with the customers on your round

What we're looking for:

• Full clean UK driving licence, no more than 6 points

• Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting

• Reliable, punctual and happy working on your own

• Good spoken English and confident dealing with customers

• Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is useful but not essential

What we offer:

• £14.25 per hour, paid weekly

• Fixed Monday to Friday days, home every night
