Job Title: Workday User Access Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Until Christmas (with potential to extend)

Location: Anywhere in Europe (working UK hours)

Allocation: 40 hours per week

Project: Workday Access Recertification

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Workday User Access Analyst to support a Workday Services team with their access recertification process. In this role, you will coordinate closely with global managers to confirm that their teams possess the correct system access. This is primarily a coordination and stakeholder management position—not a highly technical role—making it ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business managers to confirm and review their teams' current Workday access.
• Prepare, review, and timestamp Excel access lists accurately.
• Complete IUC checks and update records directly within Workday.
• Manage files and maintain strict version control in SharePoint, including reviewing file history and correcting errors from previous versions.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and provide dedicated support to US and Canadian teams in English.

Required Experience

• Strong background in audit and controls processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, encompassing filters, pivot tables, comments, timestamps, and cell protection/locking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and extensive experience with SharePoint file management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders globally.
• Ability to strictly adhere to UK working hours while operating remotely within Europe.
