User Enablement Specialist

Job Title: User Enablement Specialist

Location-Type: NYC or Charlotte, NC (Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday mandatory; other two days flexible)

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: (contract, perm, etc) 6 Month Contract

Compensation Range: 40-43$/hr W2

Job Description:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and assess training requirements.
• Design and develop multi-modal learning solutions.
• Write instructional materials for technical learning, including step-by-step documentation and user guides.
• Curate and customize training content from partners and vendors to meet specific business needs.
• Facilitate instructor-led training programs, both virtually and in person, for various audiences across the company.
• Draft company-wide communications regarding technical changes and updates.
• Collaborate effectively with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Develop high-quality templates and standardized processes for learning solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends to ensure learning solutions are innovative and modern.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions in close collaboration with the User Experience (UX) team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training and learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and present clear, engaging technical instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort learning new technology platforms.
• Creative and innovative mindset with an interest in improving user engagement and technology adoption.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation and communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service or project management experience.
• Experience with or knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools.
