User Experience Consultant

Convertium is a full-spectrum digital agency that helps clients solve business problems with User-first thinking and design.

The role of the User Experience Consultant is to identify and solve clients’ business problems through business analysis, user research, and user experience design. You will study, plan, design, test, and optimise digital and phygital experiences.

The User Experience Consultant will champion the cause of the User across all solutions designed and developed by Convertium. You will also promote UX best practices and User-first thinking across client organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research.
• Optimise the UX of clients’ digital and phygital products and services with solutions that make them easy, efficient, and engaging.
• Champion the acquisition, dissemination, and cultivation of UX design best practices and knowledge.
• Demonstrate deep and broad expertise in User-first thinking and UXD methods and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement client solutions.

Requirements:

• Business consulting, client management, and effective communication.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least 5+ years experience in a UX role.
• Digital agency experience preferred.
