About Xanto.Cash

Xanto.Cash is building a global stablecoin-powered financial operating system designed to make financial services more accessible, borderless, and user-friendly.

Our platform is focused on bringing together products such as USD accounts, debit and corporate cards, FX, payments, invoicing, remittances, treasury services, and stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure into a simple experience for consumers and businesses.

We are looking for a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer Intern who wants hands-on experience designing the future of fintech and digital banking.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer Intern, you will work closely with the founding and product teams to design intuitive, modern, and engaging experiences across the Xanto.Cash ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to work on a real fintech product—not just design exercises. You will help shape how users interact with financial products, from opening a USD account to sending payments, managing cards, exchanging currencies, creating invoices, and interacting with stablecoins.

What You'll Work On

• Design and improve web and mobile fintech experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain UI components and design systems
• Design dashboards for retail users and businesses
• Create intuitive onboarding and account-opening experiences
• Design payment, FX, card, invoicing, and financial-management workflows
• Improve UX for stablecoin and digital-asset interactions
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing
• Translate product requirements into polished user experiences
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Help establish Xanto.Cash's visual identity and design language
• Create prototypes that can be tested with real users
• Analyze feedback and continuously improve designs

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about technology and design.

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Building a portfolio of design projects
• Comfortable with Figma or similar design tools
• Interested in fintech, banking, payments, blockchain, or stablecoins
• Interested in designing mobile and web applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to think from the user's perspective
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Excited to learn and take ownership of projects
• Interested in working in an early-stage startup environment

Previous fintech or professional design experience is not required. We value creativity, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship.

College credit is available, subject to your school's internship/academic-credit requirements.

The internship is intended to provide educational, portfolio, mentorship, and practical startup experience.
