In this role, you’ll design intuitive, efficient experiences that enable internal teams to work smarter and faster, while helping embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly throughout our workflows.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys problem-solving in complex and specialized environments and is excited to advocate for and apply AI throughout the UX design process.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to understand needs, constraints, and opportunities
  • Translate requirements, concepts, and data insights into usable, intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes using Figma
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled internal tools, workflows, and applications
  • Apply and adhere to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across tools
  • Clearly communicate design intent, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
  • Use AI tools throughout the design process for exploration, ideation, and prototyping
  • Advocate for the thoughtful use of AI in UX practice, helping teams understand where and how it can add value

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5+ years of professional UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, interaction design, and workflow design
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to think critically about AI-driven experiences, including usability, trust, and clarity
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled products and workflows
  • Experience working within a design system and applying established UI patterns
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions
  • Experience designing for internal tools, enterprise systems, or complex user workflows
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance the design process

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
