We are seeking a curious, empathetic, and highly collaborative UX Designer to help create intuitive digital experiences that simplify complex tasks and deliver meaningful value to users.
In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, analytics, and research teams to translate customer needs and business goals into accessible, polished web and mobile experiences. You will use an iterative, user-centered design approach to explore opportunities, validate concepts, and deliver clear design direction from early discovery through final interface specifications.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners during discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and feature development.
- Turn research findings, behavioral insights, and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
- Explore multiple design concepts and recommend solutions based on user value, usability, feasibility, and visual quality.
- Create and maintain design artifacts, including journey maps, information architecture, interaction patterns, and detailed UI specifications.
- Present design work and rationale clearly, communicating the user problem, proposed experience, and expected journey.
- Participate in design critiques, incorporate feedback, and contribute constructive feedback to peers.
- Define interface details such as layout, typography, color, spacing, responsive behavior, imagery, icons, and interaction states.
- Apply established design systems and patterns while identifying opportunities to improve them.
- Partner with research teams to develop prototypes and materials for usability testing.
- Manage design milestones and coordinate deliverables to support timely releases.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, documentation, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience designing responsive digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and user-focused outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, information architecture, and design documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HCI, interaction design, visual communication, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience with design systems, pattern libraries, and component-based product design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, including WCAG.
- Experience supporting usability research and applying findings to product design.
