User Experience Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for multiple development teams, ensuring the creation of intuitive and engaging applications.

Your responsibilities include engaging with end-users to understand their needs, researching workflows, and observing application usage in real-world contexts.

Collaborate with developers to craft well-structured information architectures and design visually appealing solutions.

Demonstrate your concepts through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, guiding the development process from concept to execution.

Requirements

• Available to start before June 2026
• Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design expertise
• Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
