User Experience Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive User Experience Lead to drive the end-to-end digital experience across web and mobile platforms. This role will lead UI/UX strategy, oversee design quality, leverage data-driven insights to optimize user journeys, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating premium digital experiences while continuously improving workflow efficiency through AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• UX Strategy & Execution: Lead the UI/UX strategy and end-to-end design process (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design system, and high-fidelity UI) for web and mobile platforms.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, session recordings, and digital analytics) to identify pain points, conduct usability testing, and optimize conversion funnels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams from concept to launch to ensure seamless, high-quality implementation.
• Design System Ownership: Maintain and scale our design systems and UI standards to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Development & UAT Support: Review technical feasibility, prepare development-ready assets, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Innovation & Efficiency: Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design, with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating robust UX thinking, interaction design, visual excellence, and user-centric problem-solving.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience using digital analytics and UX research tools to drive design decisions (experience with CRO/analytics tools is a plus).
• Tech-Forward: Passionate about utilizing AI tools to improve design efficiency and workflow productivity.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Experience: Experience in telecom or managing large-scale digital platforms is highly preferred.
