USER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

User Experience Officer Job Summary The UX Designers are responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. They create user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and visual designs that align with business objectives and customer needs. The role collaborates closely with product, business, and technology teams to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences while promoting usability, accessibility, and design consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver user experience designs, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital products and services.
• Design and optimize user flows and interaction patterns to improve usability, customer engagement, and overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and design validation activities to identify user needs and improve product effectiveness.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma and project management platforms including Jira and Taleo to manage design deliverables, document solutions, and support implementation across mobile and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Taleo.
• Strong understanding of user interface design, information architecture, user journeys, interaction flows, responsive design, and mobile-native experiences, including Google Android platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and recommendations.
