User Growth Operations

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Growth Operations role based in Manila. The role focuses on driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across Transsion’s products and services in local and regional markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user data and performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and designing experiments or campaigns to improve key growth indicators. The position involves collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to align initiatives, optimize user funnels, and localize strategies for the Philippine market. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, and managing projects to ensure timely and effective implementation of growth plans.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret user data, segment audiences, and evaluate growth experiments.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
• Growth Hacking and user acquisition experience to design and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Sales understanding to coordinate with commercial teams and support conversion and revenue objectives.
• Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives on schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in mobile, consumer electronics, or digital products in emerging markets is an advantage.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards) and familiarity with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Ability to work on-site in Manila and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
