About the role
Administer user profile life cycle management to increase security controls. Conform to Head Office, Regional, Regulatory, and Local IT internal policies including Technology Risk Management and Cyber Resilience Framework.
Key responsibilities
- ID Management for front-end / business systems and process user profile requests within the agreed service turnaround standards
- Conduct and manage User Profile Review for all front-end and business systems
About you
- Diploma / bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university major in Computer Networking, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in User ID administration
- Fresh graduates with good results can be considered
- Professional IT certification is an added advantage
