User Interface Designer

At Report24 , we're building products that challenge traditional workflows.

We're looking for a UI Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences.

Not someone who simply follows trends.

Not someone who only knows how to use design tools.

We're looking for someone who can take an idea, understand the vision behind it, and transform it into a beautiful, intuitive, and production-ready interface.

If you obsess over details, love solving design problems, and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where ideas evolve every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our product and leadership team to design modern web applications, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, dashboards, and internal tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Transforming ideas, discussions, and rough concepts into polished UI designs.
• Designing intuitive user interfaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Producing developer-ready designs with clear components and specifications.
• Iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving product requirements.
• Thinking beyond individual screens to create a consistent product experience.
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Who We're Looking For

You have exceptional visual design skills and understand that great UI is more than choosing nice colours.

You think about typography.

Spacing.

Hierarchy.

Alignment.

Consistency.

Accessibility.

Motion.

Micro-interactions.

Every pixel matters.

You ask questions before making assumptions.

You enjoy understanding the problem before designing the solution.

Most importantly, you genuinely care about creating products that people love using.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who:

• Has outstanding UI and visual design skills.
• Has a strong portfolio of modern SaaS, marketplace, or web application designs.
• Pays extraordinary attention to detail.
• Can convert complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Works quickly without compromising quality.
• Is comfortable with frequent design iterations and evolving requirements.
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
• Is proactive, curious, and always looking for better solutions.

AI Is a Tool — Not the Designer

We welcome designers who embrace modern technology.

If AI helps you automate repetitive work, explore ideas faster, organise information, or speed up your workflow, that's a huge advantage.

However, we believe creativity, design thinking, taste, and attention to detail cannot be automated.

The best designers know what to delegate to AI—and what requires human creativity and judgement.

We're looking for someone who uses AI to become more efficient, not someone who relies on AI to do the creative thinking.

This Role Probably Isn't For You If...

• You need extensive direction before getting started.
• You struggle with changing requirements or rapid iterations.
• You focus mainly on UX research while visual interface design is secondary.
• You produce "good enough" work rather than striving for exceptional quality.
• You overlook the small details that elevate a design.

You'll stand out if you have experience with:

• SaaS products
• Marketplaces
• Enterprise applications
• Dashboard design
• Design systems at scale
• Motion design and micro-interactions
• Working closely with frontend developers
