Role:

Oversee user support and maintenance requests, ensuring a seamless experience across the Telamo platform and managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and track user support requests.

* Manage maintenance reports and follow up on resolutions.

* Liaise with tenants, property owners, and service providers.

* Monitor service delivery standards and response times.

* Maintain records of user complaints and resolutions.

* Support Quality Assurance initiatives across operational processes and digital platforms

* Prepare operational reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in support operations, maintenance coordination, or quality assurance.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
