User Research Intern

Job Summary

As a User Research Intern for Sri Mandir, you will engage directly with our users through structured calls to understand their experiences, gather valuable insights, and help shape future product decisions. You ll play a key role in ensuring the user s voice is heard and integrated into our product and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured calls with users to gather feedback and insights.
• Document, organize, and analyze qualitative data from user conversations.
• Identify recurring themes, needs, and pain points in user feedback.
• Present key insights to product, marketing, and category teams to guide decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback for future reference.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Empathetic listener with the ability to engage meaningfully with users.
• Available to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 6 months.
