Role Summary:

We are looking for a User Researcher to join our team and help drive insights that shape our products.

What will your role be:

• Planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design decisions.
• Manage research operations, including participant recruitment and logistics.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in User Research are welcome to apply.
• Degree in Psychology, sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field .
• Has good communication skills, delicate empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Adapts to cross-cultural team collaboration and cross-cultural user communication.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences.
• Possess basic Data Analysis skills, proficient in using one or more tools such as Excel, Python, SPSS, SQL, etc.
