• Troubleshoot EMR software hiccups, delivering clear, step-by-step solutions that empower users.
• Lead the way in user training and onboarding, making system navigation a breeze.
• Team up with internal crews to escalate complex issues and enhance support processes.
• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions to ensure seamless resolutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering FireNote’s latest updates and healthcare industry trends.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma (bonus points for experience in customer support, healthcare, or IT).
• A passion for solving problems and communicating with clarity and warmth.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping cool under pressure.
• A tech-savvy mindset and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Team spirit with the independence to tackle challenges solo.
• Proficiency in Google Suite to keep things running smoothly.
