USG Assistant

Job Summary:
The Ultrasound Assistant supports sonographers and radiologists by preparing patients, maintaining examination rooms and equipment, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient patient flow within the imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist patients before and after ultrasound examinations.
• Support sonographers during procedures as required.
• Clean, stock, and maintain ultrasound rooms and equipment.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow infection control, health, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing required.
• Registration with the relevant Nursing Council preferred.
• Previous experience in a diagnostic imaging, radiology, or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
