Assist the service team with guest requests when required. Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area. Follow company service, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Ability to manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
