I. Order Management Specialist/ Merchandiser 【Job Description】

• Daily check shipment pull plan with customer and make shipping documents (Create SO/DN, invoice & Packing list, etc.)
• Maintain EDI system upon shipping documents, familiar with SAP T-code.
• Co-work with PMC/WH/Logistic to make sure on time delivery.
• Track AR and escalate to customer if any payment related issue
• Do monthly and yearly shipment estimation and follow up the progress to ensure 100% achievement of shipping goals
• Communicate with customer to make up long term and short-term supply plan considering FCST and material status, regularly report the progress to customer
• Meeting host
• Do cost estimation and negotiate commercial issue with customer

【Qualifications】

• 01-year experience as sale rep or related.
• Strong communication skills in English.
