USRN Program Manager

About the Role

Location: Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cebu
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Must be flexible to work weekends, night shifts, and holidays as business needs require)
Work Set-up: Temporary WFH

We are looking for an experienced USRN Program Manager to lead healthcare operations and drive team performance within a non-voice environment. This role requires strong clinical expertise, utilization management experience, and proven leadership capabilities to support operational excellence and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) License (Any US State License Accepted)

• Clinical Experience:

  • At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience

• Utilization Management Experience:

  • At least 2 years of Utilization Management (UM) experience

• Leadership Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience

• Demonstrated Clinical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to achieve process and business objectives

• Strong leadership, coaching, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Willing to work in a non-voice healthcare environment

• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required by the business
