USRN Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced USRN Program Manager to support a healthcare account in a non-voice environment. The role will oversee program operations, support clinical processes, and ensure quality service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical experience with healthcare operations knowledge and the ability to manage processes, performance, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure service and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide clinical guidance and subject matter expertise to support healthcare processes.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and process compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service delivery, and overall program performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational and clinical concerns.
• Use clinical knowledge and professional judgment to support decisions related to healthcare processes and results.
• Ensure team activities follow established policies, procedures, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with a valid license from any U.S. state.
• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong clinical subject matter expertise.
• Good analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a non-voice healthcare environment.
• Willing and able to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays based on business requirements.

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
