Are you a seasoned USRN or healthcare professional with strong clinical knowledge, training expertise, and leadership experience?

We are looking for a USRN Training Program Manager who can lead learning initiatives, develop healthcare professionals, and ensure effective knowledge transfer across clinical processes.

Position Details

Job Title: USRN Training Program Manager
Work Setup: TWFH
Work Locations: Taguig | Pampanga | Cebu
Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱85,000 package
Schedule: Flexible / Shifting Schedule
Hiring: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training programs for healthcare and clinical teams.
• Design and implement effective learning and development strategies.
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer using established learning effectiveness frameworks, including Kirkpatrick's Learning Evaluation Model.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop training materials, modules, assessments, and learning activities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to trainers and clinical team members.
• Apply clinical expertise to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders to align training programs with business requirements.
• Monitor training performance and learning outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine degree.

• Current and unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or US.

• Preferably with experience in:

  • Utilization Review / Utilization Management
  • Medical Coding
  • Back Office / CPO processes
  • Organizational Development
  • Healthcare training and development

• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles.

• Teaching credentials or certifications are a plus.

• Strong clinical background in any of the following is advantageous:

  • Orthopedics
  • Emergency Room
  • Intensive Care
  • Neurology
  • Occupational Medicine
  • Rehabilitation

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Office / Microsoft environment skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays when required.
