Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced USRN Training Program Manager to lead healthcare training programs within a Utilization Management/CPO environment. The ideal candidate will combine a strong clinical background, Utilization Management expertise, people-management experience, and proven training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training programs for healthcare and Utilization Management teams.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs using effective learning methodologies.
• Apply Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles to measure training outcomes.
• Oversee onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Coach and develop trainers and training participants to improve performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs.
• Ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with clinical and operational requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness, learner performance, and program metrics.
• Provide recommendations to improve knowledge transfer and employee readiness.
• Manage training documentation, reports, and performance tracking.
• Support organizational development and other CPO-related initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active USRN license – any U.S. state.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
• Current and unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or U.S.
• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Utilization Review
• Utilization Management
• Coding
• Back-office healthcare operations
• Organizational Development
• Other CPO-related healthcare processes
• Experience with effective knowledge transfer and Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.
• Strong management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical experience in any of the following areas is highly desirable:

• Orthopedics
• Emergency Room
• Intensive Care Unit
• Neurology
• Occupational Medicine
• Rehabilitation

Teaching credentials or training certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
