Are you a US Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience and a passion for training, coaching, and developing healthcare professionals?

We are looking for a USRN Training Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced USRN who can combine strong clinical knowledge with effective learning and knowledge-transfer skills.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active USRN License – Any U.S. State
At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience
Strong clinical background in areas such as:

• Orthopedics
• Emergency Room / Emergency Medicine
• Intensive Care / ICU
• Neurology
• Occupational Medicine
• Rehabilitation

Strong Clinical Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
Experience in training, teaching, coaching, or knowledge transfer
Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness is highly preferred
Teaching credentials or training certifications are a plus
Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of medical/clinical summary writing and documentation standards
Familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines and/or client-specific clinical guidelines
Ability to analyze clinical information and make sound, concise decisions based on applicable guidelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a USRN Training Supervisor, you will help ensure that healthcare professionals are equipped with the clinical knowledge and skills required to effectively perform their roles.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering and supporting clinical training and knowledge-transfer programs
• Providing coaching and guidance to healthcare professionals
• Serving as a Clinical Subject Matter Expert for the account
• Assessing learning effectiveness and identifying training gaps
• Applying appropriate evidence-based guidelines in clinical discussions and decision-making
• Reviewing and guiding proper clinical documentation and summary writing
• Supporting the development of clinical competencies and performance
• Ensuring training content and clinical decisions are aligned with applicable client and jurisdictional requirements
• Collaborating with operations and other stakeholders to improve learning and clinical outcomes
