Salary Package: PHP 73,000 – PHP 80,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic USRN Training Supervisor to lead, train, and develop our healthcare/clinical teams. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and background in training methodologies to ensure successful knowledge transfer, maintain high quality standards, and drive operational performance across our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and oversee training programs using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of trainers and clinical team members to ensure continuous professional development.
• Serve as a Clinical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to train staff on standard medical/clinical summary writing using proper SOAP-format documentation.
• Train teams on state-specific and proprietary evidence-based guidelines to guide sound clinical decision-making.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine curriculum to meet quality metrics and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (Any US state).
• Training Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Training Supervisor in a BPO/CPO healthcare setting.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading, managing, or supervising a team.
• Instructional Methodology: Demonstrated experience applying Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness in training environments. (Teaching credentials or formal adult learning certifications are a plus).
• Clinical Background: At least 2 years of recent, pertinent clinical or hospital bedside nursing experience (Strong background in Emergency Room, ICU, Orthopedics, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, or Rehabilitation preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong background in Clinical Decision-Making and Medical/Clinical Summary Writing.
