US/UK - Payroll Support

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Payroll Product Support with experience in US/UK Payroll, Payroll Operations, or Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email.

• Support payroll processing, timecards/timesheets, attendance, leave & absence.

• Troubleshoot payroll issues, exceptions, incorrect/failed submissions, and payment corrections.

• Handle queries related to payroll taxes, tax filing/payments, deductions, direct deposits, and contractor payments.

• Manage tickets/cases end-to-end and maintain accurate documentation.

• Support reconciliation, audit checks, forms, reports, settings, access/permissions, billing and subscriptions.

• Identify customer needs and relevant product adoption/upgrade opportunities.

• Meet quality, CSAT, productivity, and process compliance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Commerce/Finance preferred.

• 1–8 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Payroll Support, Finance Operations, Accounting, Taxation, or related areas.

• US/UK Payroll experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills with international voice process experience.

• CRM/ticketing experience and ability to handle multiple channels.

• Versant B2+ to C1 preferred.
