Utilities Shift Engineer

About the role

The Utilities Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the plant's utility systems, including boilers, compressed air systems, water treatment, refrigeration, and waste management. This role ensures the continuous and efficient supply of utilities required for coconut processing while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utilities operations and maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing or coconut processing plant
• Expertise in boiler systems, steam distribution, and energy management
• Knowledge of compressed air, HVAC, refrigeration, and water treatment systems
• Understanding of environmental compliance and wastewater treatment
