Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 1:30 PM-10:00 PM 

Salary: $78,000-$115,000/year

Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced Utilities Supervisor to lead a team responsible for building automation systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC controls, and facility operations.

• This role requires hands-on controls troubleshooting, commissioning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of approximately 10-13 associates.

• Troubleshoot BAS/BMS controls, diagnose system faults, and respond to service calls.

• Support controls commissioning, system performance, and equipment reliability.

• Oversee HVAC controls, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.

• Coordinate technicians and contractors while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on BAS/BMS or HVAC controls troubleshooting and commissioning experience.

• At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.

• Current or previously held, documented Journeyman, Master, or qualifying state-issued electrical, HVAC, or plumbing contractor license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Trane, Tracer, Honeywell, or other BAS platforms.

• Strong HVAC knowledge and experience in large or complex facilities.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
