  • Monitor system performance through Building Management Systems (BMS), DCS platforms, and local control panels.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders using SAP PM or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Support predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, energy management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety requirements, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work procedures, and environmental, electrical, and fire safety standards.

About you

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience performing maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities on plant utility and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chilled water systems, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
  • Experience using maintenance tools and measuring instruments such as multimeters, pressure gauges, vibration meters, and temperature meters.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), DCS platforms, PLC troubleshooting, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/SAP PM).
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related technical field.

Benefits

  • Medical, plus wellness programs that support your physical and mental health.
  • Competitive pay, annual incentive opportunities.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible ways of working where applicable.
  • Career development programs, learning opportunities, and internal mobility.
