Utility Cleaner

Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including public areas, Reception/lobby area, floors, restrooms, conference room, meeting areas and other assigned areas.

Dispose of garbage properly and maintain proper waste segregation.

Clean spills immediately and ensure floors and work areas are safe and free from hazards.

Report damaged equipment, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the management immediately.

Management entry and exit points of applicants, visitors/guest with logbook recording.

Ensure house rules are implemented.

Checking of lights, computer monitors and equipment are turned off after shift

NOTE:

Weekly schedule changes from rotational shift to duty Location.
