Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Can lift and carry heavy items when needed (e.g., rice sacks during deliveries)
• Trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking
• Good attendance record; not frequently absent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned hallways and common areas per floor
• Clean and sanitize comfort rooms (CRs) regularly
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace at all times
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and waste materials
• Assist in carrying and moving delivered items, including rice sacks and other supplies, when necessary
• Support unloading and organizing deliveries together with designated helpers
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs to the supervisor
• Perform other housekeeping and utility-related tasks as assigned by management
