QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or general facility maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling, disinfection procedures, and waste disposal rules.
• Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift or move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision, practicing strong time management, and paying attention to detail.
• Check, sort, and organize file documentation.
• Working familiarity with elementary electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools, vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and maintenance management software/checklists.
• Area of Deployment: SCC Compound, Sitio Tagbac, Barangay San Jose (Puting Bato - Solid Cement Road), Antipolo City, Rizal

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Antipolo, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Junior High School (Required)

Experience:

• Utility : 1 year (Required)
