Production Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Arlington, TX

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

Pregis is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, assisting machine operators, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, packaging, or related experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or production support
• Material handling and inventory control
• Machine setups and changeovers
• Warehouse operations
• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience
• Experience using hand tools

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will support production teams by staging materials, maintaining inventory, assisting with equipment setups, and helping ensure machine operators have the resources needed to keep production moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage materials for production runs
• Assist machine operators during setups and changeovers
• Deliver materials, supplies, and production consumables as needed
• Maintain inventory of production materials and supplies
• Organize storage areas and support inventory accuracy
• Assist with machine preparation and production support activities
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and utilize hand tools when needed
• Support housekeeping and 5S initiatives throughout the facility
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement efforts that reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
