Utility Engineer

• Plan, coordinate and supervise utility infrastructure works including Potable water, irrigation, drainage, sewerage, electrical and other underground utility services.
• Review and understand IFC drawings, shop drawings, utility layouts, profiles and design specifications.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Landscape, surveyors for setting out and other project teams to ensure proper execution of utility works.
• Coordinate with utility authorities and relevant stakeholders such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA and and Developers.
• Supervise installation of water pipelines, irrigation pipelines, drainage networks, sewer lines, manholes, chambers, ducts, sleeves and related utility infrastructure as per approved drawings.
• Inspect and verify utility materials for approval and specification compliance.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations and quality standards.
