Utility Engineer (Highway Project)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Licensed Civil Engineer;
• At least 10 years of experience in highway projects, preferably with extensive experience in highway design and infrastructure development;
• Proven experience in highway design, including road alignment, geometric design, and preparation/review of design plans;
• Experience in utility coordination and relocation (water, power, and telecommunications);
• Knowledge of DPWH standards, specifications, and right-of-way requirements;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office;
• Strong coordination, technical, and reporting skills.
