Utility Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of units under company custody.
• Assist in unit repairs and post-occupancy concerns
• Support troubleshooting and minor repairs of water and electrical systems.
• Perform regular grass cutting and trimming to maintain landscaped areas.
• Assist in survey-related activities in the absence of the designated Survey Aide.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
• Must be residing near NAIC, CAVITE

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• With experience in housekeeping or maintenance
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive task.
• Willing to work flexible schedules if required.
• Must be willing to be assigned NAIC, CAVITE
