Utility/ Messenger/ Driver

• Deliver messages and items, such as documents, and packages.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, (glass door and windows, blinds). Maintain cleanliness of the office, especially the pantry and storage area.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Monitor office security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances used to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, as instructed.
• Notify the AVP-HR & Admin Department concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Department Head from time to time.

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
