Job Opening: Utility Operator (Contractual)

Job Responsibilities:

• Cooling Tower Operation: Operate and monitor cooling towers to maintain proper cooling water circulation and temperature.
• Chiller Operation: Operate and monitor chillers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of chilled water for process cooling.
• Utility Equipment Monitoring: Monitor pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, and pressure gauges to ensure smooth and safe operation.
• Routine Inspection: Conduct regular equipment checks and monitor operating parameters to identify abnormalities.
• Preventive Maintenance: Support routine maintenance activities and report equipment breakdowns or malfunctions promptly.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow plant safety procedures, SOPs, and applicable GMP requirements.
• Logbook Maintenance: Maintain daily operational records, equipment readings, and utility consumption logs.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in utility operations within the API pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience in cooling tower and chiller operation is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, and pressure gauges.
• Knowledge of industrial utility systems, troubleshooting, and equipment safety practices.
