Utility Personnel

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Utility Personnel to join the HH GROUP OF COMPANIES. team in a full-time position based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth, efficient and safe operations of our retail facilities. As Utility Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores remain clean, well-organised and welcoming to customers whilst supporting the broader retail team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the retail premises, including sales floors, stockrooms, customer facilities and office areas
• Performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces to meet company standards
• Managing waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines
• Restocking shelves and maintaining organised merchandise displays as directed by the retail team
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control activities
• Reporting maintenance issues, equipment faults or safety hazards to management promptly
• Supporting the team during busy periods and contributing to general store operations
• Adhering to health, safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or facilities maintenance environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and best practices in cleaning and maintenance
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs
