Restore is a growing utility restoration and construction company working across Connecticut and Massachusetts. We perform landscaping, concrete, and paving restoration for major utilities, municipalities, and contractors. Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable, experienced field crew members who know how to work.

This is not a training program or an entry-level application. We want solid people with real construction or utility experience who can step onto a crew, work safely, take direction, and contribute from day one. Experience with landscaping, concrete, asphalt, equipment operation, or utility work is a strong plus.

The right person shows up on time, works hard, takes pride in the finished product, and can be counted on by the rest of the crew. We value people who want steady work, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding.

What We Expect

Reliability and work ethic are non-negotiable.

Our crews work outdoors, handle physical construction work, and move from job to job throughout Connecticut. You should be comfortable working long days when needed, following job-site safety requirements, and doing your part without needing to be chased down.

A valid CDL A driver’s license is required.

We are looking for people who take the job seriously, communicate well, and want to be part of a dependable crew.

What the Work Looks Like

Our work includes utility restoration after gas, water, and electric projects. Depending on the crew, you may be involved with landscape restoration, concrete sidewalks and aprons, asphalt patches and driveways, material handling, job-site setup, equipment operation, cleanup, and documenting completed work.

Quality, safety, and leaving the site clean matter on every job.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

Schedule & Work Environment:

This is full-time, from March to December field work. Typical schedules are Monday through Friday, with longer hours and optional Saturdays during the busy season. The work is outdoors and physically demanding, and crews travel to job sites throughout Connecticut.
