Utility Staff

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Staff to support the daily cleaning, upkeep, landscaping, and basic property maintenance of Regatta Centrale and its surrounding common areas.

The role is responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and overall presentability of the property for tenants, customers, visitors, contractors, and management.

This position does not include technical repair work such as electrical, plumbing, structural, or major maintenance tasks. However, the Utility Staff is expected to immediately report visible property concerns such as leaks, busted lights, damages, clogged drainage, garbage concerns, pest sightings, or safety hazards to the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, walkways, entrances, frontage, parking areas, outdoor spaces, and other assigned property areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, remove trash, and maintain general cleanliness of the property
• Assist in basic landscaping tasks such as watering plants, removing weeds, cleaning garden areas, and maintaining outdoor plants
• Collect and properly dispose of garbage from assigned areas
• Keep cleaning tools, supplies, and assigned materials organized and properly stored
• Assist in moving or arranging light materials, tools, signage, garbage bins, and other property items when needed
• Monitor the property surroundings and immediately report visible concerns such as leaks, busted lights, damages, clogged drainage, pest sightings, garbage concerns, or safety hazards
• Help ensure that the property remains safe, clean, orderly, and presentable at all times
• Follow daily cleaning checklists, work instructions, and property rules
• Deal respectfully and professionally with tenants, customers, visitors, contractors, and management
• Perform other utility, cleaning, landscaping, and property upkeep tasks as assigned by the Property Manager

Qualifications

• At least high school level; high school graduate is preferred
• Prior experience in janitorial work, utility work, landscaping, property upkeep, or building maintenance is an advantage but not required
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning, sweeping, light lifting, watering plants, and outdoor work
• Willing to work under outdoor conditions and perform routine physical tasks
• Trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and daily checklists
• Respectful and professional when dealing with tenants, customers, visitors, and contractors
• Able to clearly report visible property concerns to the Property Manager
• Willing to be assigned at Regatta Centrale (Uptown, CDO)

Preferred Skills and Traits

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation
• Basic landscaping or plant care knowledge
• Observant and proactive in reporting property concerns
• Organized in handling tools, materials, and cleaning supplies
• Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
• Honest and responsible with assigned materials, tools, and property areas

Pay: Php13,000.00 per month
