Utility Staff

The Utility Staff is an individual, with or without experience, that is self-motivated, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, professional, collaborative, and possesses effective communication. After learning new skills and gaining meaningful insights, the candidate will develop their capabilities as well as familiarize the necessary processes in order to attain the targets of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office and warehouse
• Collect, segregate, and dispose waste properly
• Monitor cleaning supplies
• Report any issues on facilities, equipment, etc.
• Perform basic repair as necessary
• Assist in loading and unloading of items
• Provide support in any office-related tasks

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Valid NBI or Police Clearance
• Valid Health Certificate from LGU
• Basic knowledge in cleaning
• Basic knowledge in maintenance and repair
• Physically fit
• Punctual
• Honest
• Pleasant personality
