Utility Staff

Job Summary

The utility staff member supports daily operations by handling routine custodial work, minor facility repairs, and general errands. They report to a facility manager or supervisor.

Core Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors, cleans restrooms, and removes trash from the premises.
• Basic Maintenance: Replaces light bulbs, fixes broken fixtures, and conducts minor carpentry or plumbing repairs.
• Logistics and Errands: Drive, moves furniture, delivers documents or supplies between departments, and assists with inventory management.
• Safety Compliance: Reports facility hazards, follows health and safety guidelines, and keeps work areas organized.
• Other tasks required by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, walk property grounds, and lift heavy items.
• Basic Technical Skills: Knowledge of how to use hand tools and perform simple maintenance tasks.
• Communication: Ability to read work orders, follow verbal instructions, and report completed tasks.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must have valid drivers license.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
