Utility Staff (Reliever)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily cleaning of 3rd floor comfort rooms, Lobby, amphitheater, canteen, and all pantries on the 3rd floor and 3rd floor loft.
• Daily cleaning of the pantry on the 3rd floor and the 3rd floor loft.
• Every Monday morning, collect the garbage of PLDT employees due to the weekend schedule.
• Every afternoon, collecting and disposal of garbage on the 3" Floor and the 3 floor loft.
• Ensures that all CR facilities on the 3rd floor are well-maintained and working.
• Every Saturday, vacuum on the 3d floor all carpeted areas.
• Every Friday, clean all display plaques at the Sales Entrance and Lobby area.
• Monthly cleaning of glass walls and using a pressure washer.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning during events, activities, etc.
• Replace defective lights on 3rd floor CR in needed.
• Help and assist with any concerns when needed.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must posses at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Must have at least 1-2 year (s) experience in related field
• Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
• Can start immediately
