Utility Supervisor

About the role

This role involves coordinating the utility section to ensure continuous supply of utilities to the factory, managing WWTP/WRP operations, and overseeing maintenance schedules for utility equipment and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the utility section to ensure the continuous supply of utilities to the factory
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep utility equipment and infrastructure in good working order
• Monitor and analyse utility usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Coordinate the WWTP/WRP section to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at the WWTP/WR plant
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for the WWTP/WRP and utility systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure utility requirements are met and aligned with the overall business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Utility Supervisor
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
• Good understanding of WWTP/WRP processes and utility machinery, both electrical and mechanical
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang
