A Utility Cleaner maintains sanitary, safe, and orderly environments in residential, malls, commercial, school and offices.
Core Responsibilities
Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, showers, and high-touch areas (doorknobs and switches).
Bedding & Laundry: Make beds, change bed linens, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes or towels.
Stocking & Supplies: Replenish toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning materials, and track inventory shortages.
Waste Management: Empty trash bins, sort recyclables, and transport garbage to designated disposal areas.
Reporting: Notify supervisors or property owners of maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
