Utility/Maintenance

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and basic maintenance of the office, building, and facilities to ensure a safe and presentable work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness of office, comfort rooms, pantry, and surrounding areas.
2. Perform basic maintenance and repairs - electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry.
3. Assist in office set-up, furniture moving, and event preparations.
4. Monitor and maintain office supplies and cleaning materials.
5. Check and report any building damages, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment.
6. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and materials.
7. Water plants and maintain outdoor/garden area if applicable.
8. Run office errands when needed.
9. Support other staff and technicians on-site when needed.
10. Ensure tools and equipment are properly kept and maintained.

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate / Vocational course is an advantage.
2. With experience in maintenance, utility, or janitorial work.
3. Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
4. Hardworking, trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision.
5. Physically fit and willing to do field work.
6. Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
