Utility/Messenger

We are looking for a Utility/Messenger, to take care of our office and carry out cleaning, security duties of office, and collection.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least high school graduate/ senior high school
• With experience as utility staff, messenger or similar role is advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning, organizing and delivery task
• Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking
• Familiar with basic office procedures and routes
• Can work with minimal supervision
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do field work and multi-tasking duties as needed
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and supply office areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, eto)
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain office supply
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Bank transactions (Deposit, withdraw, pay bills)
• Other errands
