Summary

Role Focus: Senior UI/UX / Product Design for enterprise web and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, user-centered UI/UX experiences across web, mobile, desktop and tablet.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and reusable UI patterns.
• Apply accessibility, responsive design, usability and human-centered design principles.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability studies and stakeholder workshops.
• Create personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, sitemaps and information architectures.
• Perform usability testing and use behavioral data to continuously improve product experiences.
• Leverage Product Analytics / RUM tools such as PostHog, Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business Analysts and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and translated into scalable UI components.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX standards and best practices.

UI/UX Design, Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Accessibility, Design Systems, Component Libraries, Visual Design, Journey Mapping, Agile, Cross-functional Collaboration.

Strongly Preferred Skills

• Enterprise / SaaS product design
• P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance domain – strongly preferred
• PostHog / RUM / Product Analytics
• Accessibility compliance
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/component-based frameworks
• Enterprise design systems
